To Devine Prom Project:

My mane is Shakirah , and I'm in the class of 2010. I recently had a prom and due to Devine Creations - Devine Prom Project 2010 it was a huge success. Once I walked into Devine Creations I was treated so nice, I feft speacial and once I walked into the room where the gowns were I felt like I was in heaven. I was able to try on different gowns until I found the gown that fit me perfect.. I knew it was the one. Not only did they have the perfect gown they also had a pair of heels (shoes) that were the same color and matched the dress perfectly. When I thought it couldn't get any better I was given make up for that speacial night. It was such an amazing day for me. I am in CPS custody and I always have my needs met,but when it comes to my wants like me wanting the perfect dress, and the perfect shoes to go with it I thought my chances were slim to none, because I don't really have that type of money. When one of my staff told me to be ready the following Saturday, because I was going to be able to pick out a FREE Prom Dress. I was so excited I couldn't sleep, I feft as if God had answered my prayers. Thanks to my grandmother who had sent my money to get my hair done and Devine Prom Project. I was all set. The day of prom I went to school just to get my prom ticket and to be counted for attendance purposes and afterthat I headed straight to the hair salon. When I got home it was show time, I took care of my personal hygiene, got dress, did my make up and curled my hair. As I went to prom I took pictures of my self. (I think the only bad thing about that night was that it was raining). As I walked through the door of the Rice Hotel there was a lineto take pictures and so of course I took one. As I walked up the stairs to the main room I felt like a Princess and when I walfed in the room all heads turned. It was so amazing. Compliments came from every direction. Some people took double takes and for some it took  me to speak to them for them to realize it was me. I was looking good, smelling good, and ready to dance the night away and that's exactly what I did.
Thank you so much, Devine Creations- Devine Prom Project you made my night.

Sincerely,
Shakirah Mc.
